additional sap router

Hi Experts,

After we faced the recent hardware failure, we have planned to install one more (additional )sap router system,

incase of any hardware issues found in the primary sap router, we are planning to use this additional sap router.

my doubts are following

can we use two sap router?

is it possible to use this additional router? or sap is providing support for this additional server?

is any document or link is available for this?

If you go to oss1 transactionyou have the option of defining the second saprouter once it is set up.

Yes, you can have a 2nd saprouter... Once setup and registered in SAP Marketplace you'll be able to switch in between them by changing the System Data in SAP Marketplace.
