SQL error 3113 . Work processes in reconnect status

In my BW 3.5 system I am seeing lot of ORA-3113 errors in syslog.There is no network problems .

Attaching the logs herewith.Any help is appriciated

Hi,

after migration to Oracle 10.2.0.2 PL14 our Systems shows exactly the same problem. Often one or more WP's have errors at the same time. Connection to the database is ok for all other WP's at the same time. There are no entries in the related alert.log's at that very timestamp. We are running on W2K3 with SAP ECC5.0.

Is there anybody who can help us?

Does this only happen to a single work-process or does it happen simultaneously on all work-processes?

This error may occur if the Oracle database crashes.

You may want to look at the alert log in /oracle/SID/saptrace/background/ for more information.
