No work schedule rule for key 2 01WS-GEN 20080501 ##

Dear All,

I have created a new personal subarea and after that when I am going to hire an employee on that subarea it is showing an error in the create planed working time infotype like " No work schedule rule for key 2 01WS-GEN 20080501 ## ".

Any body give me some idea to resolved this problem....

Hi there,

If you have checked all of your groupings and holiday calendars etc and everything is ok, have you actually generated the work schedule for the correct period (transaction OG00)?

Hi All,

Issue is regarding grouping done while creating work schedule and Group Employee Subgroups for Work Schedules.

So checking tables V_001P_ALL & V_T508A is fine but exact table need to be check is V_503_D.

There you need to updated your ES Grouping with respect to your EE Group.   (Please find the attachment for your reference)

Dear all,

I have the same issue,

the message for me is "no work schedule rule for key 1 2201 20090101 ##'

I checked in V_T508A and V_001P_N, my personnel subarea is correctly linked with the PS grouping and the PS grouping exists for the rule with key 1.

And for others personnel subarea of the same personnel area it works!! very strange...

Bhai Log,

Check the Holiday Calendar Assignemnt to PSA Grouping

Check PGS grouping for Work Schedules

Copy WSR created for other Holiday Calendar and PSA to newly created PSA

Generate Work Schedule Rules

Hope this will resolve your issues!!!

where is ur DWSR

Check the table Grouping for DWSR in the T508A

and also check the start dates and endates

Check V_001P_M...Make sure your holiday calendar is tied to the work schedule rule.

01 is ur PSG

WS-GEN is WSR

Where is Holiday Calendar here

Check the Groupings in V_T508A

along with dates of the Respective Settings

Hi,

I think you need to check in tables V_001P_N,V_T508A whether the work schedule rule appearing in the message is configured with correct groupings or not.
