No destination storage bin to be found in storage type 007

Hi,

I am trying to Create TO. System is giving error "No destination storage bin to be found in storage type 007 " "Message no. L3009".

Lot of storage bins are available in Storage type.LS04

If I am giving Bin number manually , even it gives same error,

Can you please advice me to my query,

Hi Manish ,

Though there exists many storage bins , the system is not able to find these bins because proper storage unit type is not defined.

System identifies the destination based on the following criteria :

Activate Storage Type Search

Activate Storage Section Search

Activate Storage Bin Type Search

Go through the below customising for better understanding :

SPROLogistics ExecutionWarehouse Management--Strategies

Maintain the Warehouse Management 2 view of Material master with Palletization data .

Go to the storage type 007 and make putaway strategy L

and Mixed storage and Addn to Existing stock make blank

and then save

Goto LS01,and create storage bin for the storage type and do TO.

Assign storage unit types to storage bin types.

Hi,

Goto SPRO > Logistics Execution > Warehouse Management > Master Data > Storage Bins > Define Storage Bin Structure > Double click on your warehouse number and storage type combination > At menu details click on environment > create Bins.

Also ensure that temporary storage bins are created in SPRO > Warehouse Management > Interfaces > Inventory Management > Generate Interim Storage bins.

Create the interim storage bins in LX20 , here enter the warehouse No and exexte.

Check and revert.
