Mass Delete TR

Hi,

In our system, there are a lot of non used Transfer Requires, we want to delete all.

Is it possible to delete all with a Mass approach?

Currently we are using LB02 to delete one by one...it is ineffective.

Please kindly advise it.

Hi,

1. You cannot delete TRs directly. You can set their status in LB02 to "Finally delivered" (?) (menu > Edit > Set Final Delivery). You can archive them.

2. If you want to set their statius to "Final delivery" in mass, please try transaction LL01. (if you double click on "open transfer requirement" line, you will get the list with checkboxes and you can carry out mass processing.)

I archived all open unused TR with LL01.

Only one tips: LB02 can delete Open TR (LB02>Transfer Requirement>Delete) one by one.

If you want to close the open TR then you can create a BDC with transaction LB02 in which you can change the status of TR to complete. By this you can clear Tr's

Please create a simple LSMW and you can carry out the deletion of TR's in 1 go.
