Customizing error in work schedule rule 2 D2 40 RRTHOLR2

Hello Experts,

While simulating payroll , I am getting this error.

Customizing error in work schedule rule 2 D2 40 RRTHOLR2

esgrouping - 2

Holiday Calender - D2

Personnel Sub area grouping - 40

WSR - RRTHOLR2

my dws are starting with 1.4.2004

my pws are starting with 1.4.2004

my calender is between 2004-2015

and created Work schedule for 2004-2015

still getting the same error

Will you please help me out to solve this ?

For correcting this error, try to generate the work schedule for

one month prior to it. Suppose you want to running the payroll

for 07.2009, then your work schedule should be generated for

06.2009. So you try to check from daily work schedule and

holiday calender for 06.2009, then try again. This should solve

the problem.

And also check v_001p_N

V_503_D for groupings

I checked it .......its saying work shedule for 02 2009 already exist and i am simulating payroll for 03 2009

but still getting the same error.

Hello Kish my psg is 40

and es grouping for work schedule is 2

i have maintained it in these tables

but still error is coming

Dear Jay

For which period the customizing entry is found ?

did u check in log, for which period the payroll is getting generated ?

might be the period is different from period for which you have generated WSR.

Hi All,

I too faced the same type of error. Below are the steps for the solution.

1. The error comes due to retro run with incorrect workschedule rule in IT0007.

2. You can check table V_T508A or V_001P_ALL to view the complete groupings of your personnel area/subarea,workschedule rule, Holiday cal,

3. Copy the existing record of IT0007>give the retro effective period as start date and enter the end date>select the populated workschedule rule from the drop down option-->save the record.

4. Run the psyroll in simulation mode and check the status.

The error is the combination of the following parameters

ESG

Holiday calendar

PSG

DWSR

Compare the Start date and end date of all the above parameters ...........................

and also check the Groupings for your DWSR in V_T508A table

check T508A once

RRTH will be ur DWSR

OLR2 will be ur PWS

its work schesule rule

Hello All,

To go ahead ... I have deleted all the my past work schedules. and created new all work schedules from 04/2004 to 04/2015

and tried to simulate the payroll,

but still its giving the same error.

Please let me know any solution you please have for it.

check your work schedule rule once in table V_T508A. Also check the all PSG, ESG Groupings for particular to that employee
