Stock Situation per Material

Like report# MC44, do we have any reports for stock situation per material, displaying time period and can be downloadable.

Dear Krishna

I think you want to know about Stock situation of any material , then we go to MB59 to display different movement of the stock. or go to MMBE for individual situation of the material

Here we go details of MC44,

MC44-- Gives the stock situation per material vs time(yearly/monthly) in a graph..... however this particular output data(graph details) cannot be downloaded.

Now my requirement is I am looking for similar report in which data should be downloadable and for multiple materials.

Pls suggest if you come across in your experience.

hi

u can use MC44 also

go to mc44 run the report then goto graphics ,u will see the graph

now u will be in SAP BUSINESS GRAPHICS screen

now in menu goto graphics>print

here select file and format as WMF now give name for the file

now u can find this file in C:\Documents and Settings\user\SapWorkDir

copy it where u want then in MS Word just insert this file as picture

But we cannot download graph figures...i.e., Stock vs Time period data....we could download graph only.

try using MC.9 aslo here also u will get this graph option

Hi Kunal,

In MC.9 we will get graph, but without time period...say if we are looking for stock projections month wise for over a period of year we can tabulated this data between Material vs time period.

Steps :

1. Go to Transaction MC44

2. Execute it for Plant and Material:

3. Click on Detailed Display

4. Now, you get a pop-up Detailed Info on Material

5. Now, select the radio button Stock level and click on

Tick (OK)

6. You get a new pop-up displaying SAP Statistics

Graphics.

Now, we want the figure SAP uses to display this graph on to an excel.

Questions.

A. Is this possible, to get the figures onto an excel

which makes this graph?

B. Alternatively, is there any other transaction which

can provide this details on stock level?

Please suggest...
