This error occurs for us every few months on our DEV java and java+ABAP stack systems

We reboot and the error clears - have not been able to identify root cause BUT we've determined that this issue has got to be due to lack of memory on server. Reason is because we've NEVER had this occur on QA and/or PRD systems.

Our DEV servers are configured with 16GB of memory and all QA / PRD is minimum of 24GB per server.

Hi,

I search this error , i found that we get this becuase of High Paging ON win 2003.

As you are on X64

I will suggest you to stop SAP & database .

Reboot you server

Start SAP & database .

Check the log whether we still get the error.

Thanks,

Anil

Hi,

After stoping the non- sap application , wait for some time.

After that check the log , will not get immediate effect .

Take a chance.

Thanks

Hi,

I think there are one other application not-SAP.

Can u check is there any load of this application on server as well as network,

Also , can it possbile to stop that application for somtime and check whther you are getting that error again.

Will understand whether other application make any effect on server , due to which you are getting dump in SAP.

Thanks

I try to increase the value, no success

>Also see note 990538 - WSAENOBUFS error on Windows

it is for Win 32, not for Win X64

Hi,

ERROR => SiSelNSelect: SiSelect failed (10055-WSAENOBUFS: No buffer space available)

it seems to be network problem.

Is there any other application running on server ??

Thanks

Anil

Cannot get connection for 60 seconds. Possible reasons: 1) Connections are cached within SystemThread(can be any server service or any code invoked within SystemThread in the SAP J2EE Engine), 2) The pool size of adapter "ISPXAConnectionFactory" is not enough according to the current load of the system or 3) The specified time to wait for connection is not enough according to the pool size and current load of the system. In case 1) the solution is to check for cached connections using the Connector Service list-conns command, in case 2) to increase the size of the pool and in case 3) to increase the time to wait for connection property. In case of application thread, there is an automatic mechanism which detects unclosed connections and unfinished transactions.
