FWB 00028 Account information not reconigzed-secLDAP cannot connect to host

Hi,

I have a problem when I restart my server and try to connect with LDAP Authentication as always, a error message display that said:

Account Information not recognized. secLDAP plugin cannot connect to specified hosts. (FWB 00028)

I amd using LDAP/AD Authentication

BO: BOE XI 3.1 FP 1.6

Server: Windows Server 2003

Database: Oracle 10g

Application Server: Tomcat (by default)

This error message only appears after I restart my server, after several times we restart bo server everything works all right but its a problem because is a production server.

Plz advice.

There are known issues with Oracle client drivers 10.2.0.4 and 10.2.0.3. You shold use 10.2.0.2/1 or 10.2.0.5.

I don't believe there are any bugs that should cause this behavior so opening a message with support would be the next step as an issue like this would most likely require tracing to troubleshoot.
