Maintain the workschdule rule in table V_T508A.

1 HK27MONTHLY

Here 1 Means your ESG, HK - Holiday Calendar, 27 - PSG, Monthly- Workshcedule rule.

So maintain work schedule rule on the above mentioned table then you won't get error in PA30.

1 is ur ESG

HK is ur Holiday Calendar

27 is PSG

check it througly as said by Ram it is grouping problem

Check the Employee Personnel Subarea & Emp Sub Group.

Accordingly Maintain the groupings in the tables.

Also Generate PT01.
