Hi,

We Are doing OS Migration in our Landscape from AIX 5.3 to SuSE 10 EE Linux.

Export has been successfully completed and Import started in Target system in the phase of Import Abap It has stopped Asking for Wrong Migration Key.

( During our Installation We didnt provided any Migration Key )

We Registered the System with following details found in test_MIGKEY.log but still it is giving the Error Wrong Migration Key.

But The system is not accepting the New Migration key also.

This is the log of Test_MIGKEY.log in Linux System.

Oracle 10.2.0.1 is not supported by SAP. I would patch DB to 10.2.0.4 first and then perform import.

btw. You did not mention your SAP release.

Have you checked note:

Note 970518 - Hom./Het.System Copy SAP NetWeaver 7.0 (2004s) SR2

There is section about invalid migration key...

It seems you're using special installation no. like INITIAL

check note 1134948 for general migration key.
