I found folllowing ERRORs in T-code - SM21.
1) ORA12801
Database error 12801 at EXE
> ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server > P010#ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level
> 2#ORA-00018: maximum number of sessions exceeded Database error 12801
2) ORA-01652
Database error 1652 at FET
> ORA-01652: unable to extend temp segment by 128 in tablespac PSAPTEMP Database error 1652

Hi,
Please refer the ORA notes, as this seems nothing this current section might be able to resolve. These seems to be a couple of issues to be resolved by BASIS team. It seems like DB Connection problems. Sorry if I couldn't help, but its purely BASIS.

The first found can be fixed by increasing the number of sessions on the db server, i believe, but you might also just be able to execute whatever you ran when this happened at a less busier time.
The second sounds like you need more temp table space or allow it to extend more/in a different way. So another basis thing.
Get your basis guys to fix this. They should now the ORA codes
