Hello Raghu,

I have the same error:

I had installed BPC 7.5 SP07 and I have executed an upgrade to SP14. Any reports show this error.

What did you do with this issue?

Regards

Gustavo

Hi Nilanjan,

This is happening only with the EVDRE report.

Hi Raghu,

Can you please try to create a similar EVDRE report and check whether that is working or not? I am guessing that the newly created EVDRE reports will definitely work.

if you are using a mixed office 2003/2007 environment- you should make sure that the office 2007 folks have their default save as option set to excel 97-2003 format and not excel 2007 format (xls rather than xlsx)

With a mixed environment, the office 2003 users that open xlsx documents using the compatibility pack can cause corruption in xlsx files.

Hi,

I would request you to try create one of the templates once again in office 2007. See if you are getting the same error or not.

Hi Nilanjan,

Its the problem only with two of the EVDRE reports.

There are large amount of data in the two reports and really difficult to create them again from the scratch.

Please advice.

Raghu.

Hi Raghu,

Since, this error is coming only in 2 reports, I am pretty sure that it is due to some design setting in these reports. If you have any macros, revisit them. There might be some problem with the macros or VB script.

I would suggest you to open a ticket with SAP.

Hi Raghu,

Is this happening will only this EVDRE report or all the reports?
