Hi,

Before learn about configuration and end user part in the QM .

Try to learn the the concept of QM and how it was mapped in Sap

You can use the book " Quality managament with sap " which is available in Sap press

it have the both the real end explain about the quality and the systems which is used in sap

and the configuration parts.
