How to automatically restart the SMQ2 Queues (READY status queues) ?

Dear Friends,

I am using CRM 2007 and SAP 4.7. In SAP Outbound Queue (SMQ1), around 145 queues (52,000 entires) are comming with status of READY. I dont know, why it is not processd?

Now, i have executed manually.... it is working.

What is procedure or any background job for run these type queues. Moreover, these queues are not HAVING ANY ERROR. All of them are having READY status only.

Kindly, suggest me....

Dear friends,

I have rigister the queue (like R3AD* ) in QIN scheduler (Tx:SMQR) . now, all R3AD queues are automatically restarted.
