Initial Load of BUPA_MAIN to GWA_01 does not work

Hi all

I have a question concerning the serverside groupware Integration and the initial Load of BUPA_MAIN.

According to the groupware integration guide, I have to "Transfer Business Partner to Public Contact Directory".

This is done with transaction R3AS (Object BUPA_Main, Sender=CRM, Receiver=GWA_01 (the mBDOC site)).

When I want to chose the above options in R3AS I cannot select GWA_01 as receiver site (only CRM or OLTP is offered when I click F4). That means when I chose BUPA_MAIN as object I cannot chose GWA_01 as receiver site (fbut or other objects f.ex. GWA_* I can chose GWA_01 as receiver site).

I created all subsriptions needed (I had to recreate the publication "ALL Business Partners (MESG)" because it was missing in my system).

Does anyone have an idea what could be wrong?

Have you defined a Site of type "Groupware adapter" using transaction code SMOEAC ?

Once you set it up and map your subscription/publication to this new site, you should see it in R3AS.

Yes, I created a mBDOC site with smoeac but it didn't work. I reported the error to SAP. I will let you know.

Hi Marco,

I am new to Server based Groupware Integration, in your earlier query you mention that as the publication "ALL BUSINESS PARTNERS" is missing and you created "ALL BUSINESS PARTNERS" to complete all the required subscription.

I am having the same issue while creating Subscriptions as "ALL BUSINESS PARTNERS" & "ALL BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS" are missing in the system.

Please let me know how we can create these two publications to complete the required Subscriptions.

Help would be highly appriciated.

Hi Pranav

I created the publication with transaction smoeac.

Here click on the folder "Simple Intelligent (MESG)" and then on "create" (right mouse on the folder). In the wizard you click on "next" then you enter the name of the publication ("All Business Partner (MESG)").  Under "replication object" you select under "simple intelligent (msg)" the BUPA_MAIN. Click next. In the following screen I let the criteria selection empty and clicked on "next".

Thanks for your instant reply for my earlier querry.

1) I am not able to load the customizing objects to Groupware from CRM,after selecting the GWA Objects and executed the objectes but all the object status are as running or wait.

2) Enabling the Transfer of Attachments from CRM to Groupware

A) In Administration Console, let me know how to create a Replication object for the CRM_DOC_MBDOC BDoc type.

B) How to Create a publication for this replication object.

C) How to Create a subscription for this publication.

D) How to Assign this subscription to the Groupware Adapter 01 (mBDoc) site type.

3) Under Maintained General Groupware Settings

How i can find the property value of PC-UI UTLs Port Number & Hostname for PC-UI-URL.

Please let me know how i can know whether RFC connection is enabled or not and how to load all the Customizing objects without any errors.

Hi

1) Did you select in r3as Object: GWA* , Site (Sender) CRM , and Receive: GWA01 (that's the created site).

2) We do not synchronize attachements.

You can assign subscriptions to the mBDOC Site (GWA01) in transaction smoeac.

The RFC connection CRM_MAPBOX should be assigned in table V_ISPCFG (PARNAME CRM_MAPBOX, PARVAL x).

Please let me now whether the above steps on customizing the Groupware Adapter which i followed are enough or i need to do any additional customization.

• As we are using two sites, let me know how can i define RFC Destination for the MapBox.
• How I can check whether ABAP MAPBOX is having the RFC Connection and it is activated.

We could solve the problem.

I had to add new flow context for BUPA_MAIN. Because you cannot change BUPA_Main Object you first have to set it to customizing. With the following steps it should work:

1. Tx R3AC1

2. Go to BUPA_MAIN

3. Then change the OBJECT CLASS from BUPA to CUSTOMIZING and save.

4. Go to tx R3AC3

5. Open BUPA_Main.

6. Now you have to add flow contexts in flow context tab

Source: CRM

Target: Groupware mBDoc

Consumer: CRM or EXT (you have to try).

Context: mBDoc Direct send

7. Change the object class from customizing to BUPA (or BUPA_MAIn you have to try).

8. Save it.
