Pick List and Backflush

Hi,

I have a scenario like the client wants to have backflush and for some components to be issued through Pick List.

But when i issue through Picklist (co27) and also through co11n the materials are posted once again.

I don't see a duplication of posting happening even though i do double posting.

Please confirm me is that a standard behaviour or not.

Hi Ramesh

Once the Backflush indicator is activated for a component, it will not appear in the Pick list.

Please confirm the same in your system.

If i understood the requirement wrongly please explain with little more clarity.

Hi Bala,

I just checked in the system and found the that as you mentioned which ever the materials which are set Backflush are not appearing in Picklist.

Can you explain the logic / need for this requirement?

I am quite sure you know why a component is flagged as backflush. So i fail to understand the need to having issue a backflush material manually, defeats the very purpose of flagging it as backflush.

Anyways do a re-check in CO27, do you really find the backflush material showing up there? If you do, then go to the order & check if the component does have a backflush indicator.

I suspect something is not right in your posting.
