Connecting ME to MII or vice versa

Hi Forum users

1) I am searching for installation / upgrade guide of MII so that I could in future connect to ME

2) Is there a WIKI where I could review what are the steps to connect ME to MII and vice versa?

Thanks for answering. The manual is more on ME. Does it means, I do not need to upgrade MII in order to talk to ME?

What do I need to do exactly in order to connect both ME and MII

Seng,

You need to install MII and deploy SAPMEINT as described in the Guide. SAPMEINT is the tool which implement the logic of communication between ME and ERP via MII.

Dear Sang,

To Connect ME with SAP MII you need to follow the following steps

Prerequistics:

Properly configured SAP ME system

Properly installed and configured SAP NW and MII

you can connect with the help of iDoc/RFC

1. you need to configure iDOC in SAP ERP, SAP Netweaver and SAP MIII 12.1

1. you need to write a BLS in SAP MIII 12.1
