Hi,
As per your query you have to check your RFC user name and password. If this is given same error please crate new user name and password then try it. Please check you SAP router IP address which is assign for SAP.

Somebody has ideas?
Please make sure the followings:
1. You have your saprouttab and OSS1 technical settings maintained correctly as per message you got from SAP Global Support upon registering new saprouter
2. You have downloaded and extracted the sap cryptography software to your saprouter folder
3. You have port opened for 3299 for your public ip (check this port by ping.eu)
4. You have configured your SNC_LIB and SECUDIR correctly BEFORE generating saprouter certificate (check in the dev_rout whether the gssapi lib has been loaded after you've started saprouter)
5. Run the saprouter as user that previously generated the certificate
