Eorro in BDOC as ( Serious error in tables or in program )

Hello Experts

BDOC ( Product_mat ) is in error status with error " Serious error in tables or in program " . Extended part of the BDOC is having the proudct and guid but the same guid is not present in Table : comm_product . Message no. COM_PRODUCT812 . After running request download for this sku got the same error . Pls give your valuable inputs .

Hi Praneeth,

Check if Note 1456995 - Error message COM_PRODUCT812 is applicable.

Make sure you have done customization for product number ranges, hierarchies and customization downloads .

Thanks for your reply .

I checked the notes its there , after checking the logs in SLG1 it is showing msg as : When looking for commercial product hierarchy the system attempt to match the last three characters of the commercial product hierarchy to the Three Digit PPG Code material 5 in CRM . )

Last three digits of the commercial product hierarchy is PPG which is there in Table : CRMC_PRC_GRP5 after also not sure why BDOC is hitting this error .

Make sure your customization in CRM for product hierarchies matches with PRODHS structure in ECC.

Hello All

Custom Product Hierarchy is not created for Products because of this reason BDOC has been in error status , CPH has been uploaded through TXT file via Z program in CRM , then re-processed BDOC's which are in error status which went file .
