Internal Error [/sapapo/OM_TS_CHANGE_TG] for the data source 9AGM_DP loadin

Hi ,

when we run the Info package -Full to load data to the Data source 9AGM_DP in APO QA (AQ0) we are getting the below error message

Internal Error [/sapapo/OM_TS_CHANGE_TG]

Error in source system

Y.day it was finsihed successfully with the same selection but today it is giving the above error.

Please do the needful.

Hi Binbi,

1) If you have seasonal planning scenario implemented in your

system, check sap note 918253

2) Check your support pack level and implement note

1138213 or 1064119 wherever applicable

3) Run om17 and check any errors found

Hi Smitha,

Even if your Live Cache is in inactive you will get this error. so make sure it get activated then you won't get this error.
