Hi,

Check what messages do you have in jvm_server0.out, dev_server0.out and bootstrap traces,

traces in the SAPMMC -> NSP -> HOSTNAME -> Process List. Right-click on the process and choose "Developer Trace".

Finally, importing the SAP profiles in SAP transaction RZ10:

Utilities - Import profiles - of Active Server shoule solve.

Hi Ralph,

Please start database server max db from Start > Run >> services.msc >> here find database server and change the start up type as 'Automatic' and then start it.

Also update the host and service file for NSP. then start NSP server from SAPMMC like NSP > All Task > Start.

Search in SDN for more details

Hope it will helps

Hi,

Please ensure that the following environment variables are correctly set in your system:

1. DBMS_TYPE

(as per your database value should be ora for oracle, ada for SAPDB/MAXDB)

2. PATH

(please include path to kernel /exe/run directory here because this directory contains the dbsdbslib.dll file)

If this also does not help, only then set the following environment variables as well:

DIR_PROFILE=<dir>:\usr\sap\<SID>\SYS\profile

DIR _LIBRARY=<drive>:\usr\sap\<SID>\SYS\exe\run

Shitij

Hi,

Can you help me on this?

Thank you!

We have faced almost similar issue while installing our Solution Manager.

Problem

That time some dispatcher was in yellow status when the system was indeed up. Some time

this causes system down due to not connection btwn message server and dispatcher.

Reason

Patch level difference between \usr\sap\sap\<sid>\sys\exe\run\...\sapstartsrv.exe and \usr\sap\<sid>\DVEBMGS**\exe\sapstartsrv.exe

Resolution what we have implemented

Please update the kernel to latest in both \usr\sap\sap\<sid>\sys\exe\run\uc\ntadm64\...

and \usr\sap\<sid>\DVEBMGS**\exe\. Take a restart. Please note that the sapstartsrv.exe file is come

with either sapstart_23-20001354.sar or startsap_8-20001354.sar. It is not an usual component of

SAPEXE.SAR or SAPEXEDB.SAR.

Hope it will help you to resolve the issue. Let me know if the issue persists.

Hi,

connection to partner '127.0.0.1:sapdp00' broken

Component NI(network interface)

Try to logon to the SAP instance from the server itself. If you are able to login to the SAP instance from the server then the issue should be with the network or with the firewall.
