Hello,

While running the Time Evaluation Schema (Customized from TM04), we are getting the below error only for ONE employee in production system. For rest of the employees it has been working fine every since we went live. i.e a year ago.

On searching the forums found a solution which states to delete the cluster and re-run Time Evaluation. But the documentation of report mentioned namely RPUP2D00 and RPUP2D10, states not to use these reports to delete on productive system. And our issue is on the production system only for a sinlge employee.

Can someone suggest how to solve this? ECC used : 6.0

RPUP2D00 and RPUP2D10 will not work in Production

Please use T-Code PU00 delete personnel data , give the particular employee number(PERNR) for whom you want to delete the cluster table and execute .

You can able to see C2B2(Time cluster) Clusters B2 some where at the bottom of the list, please delete it .

Run the time evaluation again

When i go to T-Code PU00 in production the following message pops:

"Deleting a personnel number is irrecoverable.Do you really want to delete the personnel number?"

Please suggest.

Go ahead and but only delete that C2B2

If you have any problem in that please wait for experts opinion

We had same kind of similar problem , and we deleted C2B2

Ok. Only concern is whether it will delete the personnel no. completely, as the message says so.... Experts please help.

I changed the earliest retro date in 0003 and executed PT60 again. The problem got solved.

Just for the record: There is no problem using the report RPUP2D00 in Production to delete the Time results. Yo have to put the cluster ID in the first field (B2 for example), and the PERNR in the second field, using all 8 characters (fill with 00's at the beginning if requiered). In the third field (key) just put your username. The other way, using PU00 is valid also, in spite of the scary message.

Program RPUP2D10 can be executed in PRD (we do it occasionnaly), but it should be reserved for very special cases.

We created a special transaction for it, and only the central team (Centre of Excellence) can use it.

First, you should check the validity dates of Quota 50 for that employee since it seems that it is valid as of June (2006 50 01.06.2010 31.03.2011) but there are 2.5 days generated in March (Relative day in period: 01 201003)
