There are some email notification in SCOT which are in error.
Error messages is Messages XS812 No delivery to Harmannus.Bos #.astellas.com
Could you please help me to understand why these emails are not going through in SCOT??

The message could not be delivered to recipient . The node gave the following reason (in the language of the node):
554 5.7.1 <email addr>: Relay access deni
Processing was ended normally.

Hi,
if the mail is configured with a # instead of a @.
I think a check is made whether it is a valid email address.
So possible this is done on purpose.

Thanks for your reply. It was not allowing me to post a message with email adress so while posting the message here on SDN i insterted # instead of @.
I can see that the email notification is sent to other users but error is occuring only this user's case.
I could see in SCOT that email was sent to user successfully on 6/9 and after that it failed to sent email on 17/9, 24/9 and 30/9.

Its only happened for Harmannus.Bos #.astellas.com Mail ID? Is it possible to send mail's for other Email ID's?
SCOT transaction needs to be configured to send mails to External address. If it is not configured ask your basis people to configure this Transaction.
