Error during communication with System Landscape Directory:: RWB

Hi Experts,

While opening the RWB component monitoring, I am getting following error:

Error during communication with System Landscape Directory: Login with user PIRWBUSER failed. User credentials are invalid or user is denied access. Please check if the user is locked or has insufficient rights SLD system.

Though it was working fine previously.

Please suggest.

Hi,

As already given in the error the Service User PIRWBUSER could have been locked.

Pls ask the basis person to check for it and unlock it.

Hi,

Make sure the passwords for all the service users are the same and have eight characters in length.

For this, review all the places (Exchange Profile, SU01, SLDAPICUST, ...) in note below (depending on your system):

PI 7.1:

XI 7.0

Hi Sushama.

Try to search in Exchange Profile if the user/password is right.

Like the other aswers, maybe the password is blocked.

Hi sushama,

The error indicates that PIRWBUSER got locked. Contact your BASIS Team to unlock it.
