Hi,
For this issue, plenty of reasons are there,
1. Need to Install SQL Native Client
2. Windows Installer and Dot Net Framework
(Available in SQL Server CD or in Setup file with in the folder called redist)
3. VC++ 2005 Re Distributable (Avalable in SAP Setup)
4. Turn of the firewall in your client machine and try to log in
5. If any anti virus is running on the client machine, disable and try to add.
6. If your sap server is in domain control, then try to add this client machine to that domain.
7. Try to turn of the UAC (User Access Control)
Goto Control Panel --> User Accounts --> Turn off the UAC
8. Try to delete all the temp files in server and client.
9. Restart the server and try connect the client machine.
Hope it will work.....

Hi,
When installing B1 with SQL 2005, It is required that all the client machines have the "SQL Native Client" component installed on all the client workstations before starting with the B1 client installations.
The "SQL Native Client" is available in the SQL2005 CD.
All you need to do is to put in the CD and from the installation wizard, choose to install the SQL Native Client.
The Native client is also available for download at:
PS: This has to be done before you start the installation of B1 Clients.
Hope this is helpful

Hi Arabinda,
One of my customer also facing this same problem. I tried all this possible ways, still got error. So we raised a support ticket to SAP.
If I got any useful tips, let you know that solution too.
Before that please try all the steps given by other experts in this thread.
If all these steps are not satisfying/solving your problem, its better to raise a Support ticket to SAP.
Regards,
Bala
Hi Arabinda,
Please make sure that windows installer, dot net framework and vcredist_x86 is installed? Have you checked these on this client machine?
Thanks,
Joseph
