Error when i try to search users in USERADMIN

Hello,

NETWEAVER 7.01 SP8

When i try to search users through /useradmin the follow message is displayed:

"An Error ocurred. Contact the System administrator"

When i checked the log:

We solved the problem.

We updated the follow components:

Could you please check if all components of the portal have same patch level ? also, UME of the portal is portal itself or some other system ?

The UME of the PORTAL is PORTAL it self.

I checked the version of the components and some shows like this:

sap.com jmx null (7.0108.20110405101330.0000) SAP AG SAP AG 20110412114605 null/null

I followed the steps of note 910073 but the result is the same above.

But all components are in the same version.

Is a new Installation.
