Cannot connect to Planning and Consolidation web server.

I've already installed the BPC 7.5 but when trying to connect to the administration client, it's not going thru. I've also tried to access Planning and Consolidation Server the error is 'Cannot connect to planning and consolidation web server. Please check your planning and consolidation web server and your IE proxy.' Kindly please help me on this issue. Did i missed some steps?

I've already resolved the issue, i can now access BPC 7.5. I used command "asp_regiis /i" and the issue has been resolved. thank you for all your response

Open IE on the server system, and type http://localhost/osoft

Does this connect or give the same problem?
