Error in payroll due to customizing error in work schedule rule

Hi experts!!

I have created more work schedules rules (all steps: daily work schedules, period work schedules, work schedule rules and work schedules), when I run the payroll if the employee has this new rule in infotype 0007 we get the error: "Customizing error in work schedule rule 2 ZA 01 EMAYA"

The payroll log tree shows:

What should I customize to solve the error?

Please ensure you correct Groupings in Table T508A and check the configuration once again.

I've checked the start and end date in the config steps, but still is not working.

The only thing I have not checked is: EMAYA DWSR

What is DWSR?

so there is no entry for ZA calendar

since there is one entry for Calendar EM Create another DWSR for ZA calendar in that table

Do I need add more entries for ZA calendar? The work schedule rule of the user is 7X5N and already exists in T508A.

Create DWSR for the below combination and generate the WSR

Thank you very much Sikindar,

After adding what you told me is working, but I don't understand why.

The employ should use the rule EMAYA with the calendar EM until 30.04.2011

From 01.05.2011 and beyond in the infotype 0007 the employ has the new rule 7X5N with the new calendar ZA.

So, why we need add a new rule DWSR 2 ZA 01 EMAYA?

2 - Esg grouping

ZA- Holiday Calendar

01- PS grouping

EMAYA - Work schedule Rule

In workschedule rule table check the groupings assignment properly period work schedule , day type grouping, dws grouping in work schedule rule and finally generate the work schedule calendar again and run the payroll.

Once check the start date & end date.

maintain 01.01.1900 & 31.12.9999 for all config steps. once again generate work schedule Rule and try.
