[Need Help ] Errors related to SM66?

Hi

I was monitoring my landscape with SM66, i have noticed two process SPO and DIA are frequently stopping.

1. SPO stopped Reason CPIC

2. DIA stopped Reason GUI.

I would like to know consequence and solutions for above errors. One more thing i would like to know is about error codes 1,2,3,..?

Waiting for an answer from the spool server

> 2. DIA stopped Reason GUI.

Waiting because data is transferred to or from the GUI.

Those are no errors but normal behaviour.
