mass change or delivery date in purchase order

Hello!

I am looking for a way to change delivery date for all lines in purchase order,

Order has a lot of items and it is hard to enter into each and change date at schedule line level.

If the delivery dates are all same date, you can click the column " delivery date" on PO and then click "fast change" at the bottom of the PO surface.

If the delivery dates are different, you can type the delivery date on Excel first, then Copy the date from the excel to PO accordingly.

I have tried it (select column and push mass change). System allow me to enter new value but date was not really changed.

what do you mean by not really changed? coz i have done it before, all delivery date were changed to the same date I wanted.

anything wrong after you did it? mine is SAP R3

Yes is is ERP

1. I select column 'selivery date' (It is blue ! not white -open to edit)

2. Push fast change buttom (windows is opend)

3. enter new date

4. select 'all item' option

5. I have both option for 'reset' flag (on|off)

6. execute change.

7. nothing is changed. Date are the same.

what did you do there, did you flag the box or not?

Dont flag the box, just execute with the new date.

I have tried both option.

1. Do not flag field

2. flag fied

Results are the same

If you say that date shold be changed and it works in your system I try to ask sap support about such bahaviour.

Hello!

Yes it works but for only one schedule line. In our system (industry silution) we use more then one line so edit is locked.

So issue is not solved but closed.

Dear Andrey,

I am completely agree with Pankaj. You cannoot change the delivery date with MASS transaction. You need to make a BDC or use BAPI standard one which Pankaj has mentioned.

delivery date can not be changed using mass maintennace of PO.

You can not perform it using mass maintenance of PO using transaction MEMASSPO.To do it one will have to use BAPI .

Purchase manager have to correct date in the case of scheule changes.

Not possible through MEMASSPO.

You need to use PO Change BAPI "BAPI_PO_CHANGE".

Parameters - POSCHEDULE and POSCHEDULEX

Field - DELIVERY_DATE
