Crystal Reports XI scripting error, library not registered

I have Crystal XI SP2 installed. When I create a new report using stored procedure that contains a parameter, I get an error when I submit the parameters prompting page. The error occurs on the following statement in the prompting1.htm script:

windows.external.submit(form)

SAP says they know nothing of the error. Does anyone else? I do find a couple of links on the web, but nothing with a fix.

Any help is appreciated.

You can download CR XI R2 for free, use your XI Key code to install it.

I've received the same error as Michael in the same situation. However, I'm using CR 2013 SP1 Version 14.1.1.1036. CR Developer. Is there a similar fix or incremental build available?

Also, I have CR 8.5 installed on my PC (Win 7 Enterprise x64 SP1).
