First of all, is your system working fine before OR the system was just being refreshed?

If this is a system refresh, please ensure all your restore & recovery are done properly and all post refresh steps are follow accordingly. Do let me know if you need any assistance on the system refresh.

system was working before.

When I am trying to fix the datablock as per SAP Note 365481 I am geting given below output

Hi Sukret,

What is the Kernel version in your system. This problem generally comes through low kernel version. Please provide your system kernel details and upgrade it to highest patch.

Hi,

Please rename the file D:\usr\sap\SC7\SYS\global\ms_acl_info.DAT

to D:\usr\sap\SC7\SYS\global\ms_acl_info_old.DAT

Run the command CLEANIPC <Sy.no> SID

Start the SAP system. it will work.

I have checked for ENQ WP and I can see ENQ settings are there on profiles

Actually,Messages server and Dispatcher are coming up properly but after some time it is getting shutdown.

I have changed the IP address as per SAP Notes

R3trans -d is throwing some error

This is R3trans version 6.14 (release 701 - 26.01.09 - 12:46:00).

Hi,

The work process are not able to connect to the database.

This is what the R3trans -d said. So, there are something wrong with the database or the library to connect.

After you call the R3trans -d it will create a trans.log trace file in the same folder. Try to check it.

is it a standalone database or CI&DB on same host?

Check the note 556232 if the enviroment variable are correct.

Standalone database is on same system.I have checked the status of database from brtools and I am able to connect to datbase from SQL.

Don't know what is the issue with workprocess.

Please check that Enqueue process should be there in your system. As per the error message, there is not enqueue process available.
