Error for validity periods of addresses,Error_Time Dependency_Addresses XXD

Dear Experts,

WE are using SAP CRM 701 and in smw01 we are facing the following errors

Error_Time Dependency_Addresses XXDEFAULT_ERROR,

Error for validity periods of addresses

because of which customers are not replicating from ecc to crm.

Pls advise. I am new to CRM .

Hello Rajat,

The error you are having is usually due to few of the partners not being converted.

Please run of the report BP_TD_SWTICH will solve the problem. The reoprt BP_TD_SWITCH is used to add the validities for

BP data. From release 700, the data should be maintained time dependent in the backend even if time dependency is switched off for the GUI.

If you run an uppgrade in your system, it might be that data was not converted for a few partners

after that upgrade Bdoc's were failing.

When you run the report since validities will be added to the datasets, this will be sent to connected systems in your

case the mobile sales system.

Please check if the partner for which the error has occured has the field TD_SWITCH marked as 'X' in the master data table BUT000.

Please also check if the VALID FROM and VALID TO fields have been filled with the default validities for all the time dependent

datasets, if not you can run the report for the partner to solve the error.

BP_TD_SWITCH is not an active report. It has to be manually executed.

There are also some notes that should be applied in your outbound system if the error isn't cleared;

Hello Rajat ,

the reasons for that errors can be a lot. So first I would like you

to review the following notes:

1255291

1302392

1454918

Some of them include reports to clear inconsistencies, others include

coding corrections. They are all AP notes, so please implement or

apply them in BOTH ECC and CRM system, if not already done now

or implemented via support package.
