Express document "Check Load from InfoSource 2LIS_11_VAITM" received

Hello Gurus,

While extracting the data from 2LIS_11_VAITM using standard infocube 0SD_C01, I am getting an error "Express document "Check Load from InfoSource 2LIS_11_VAITM" received from author "XYZ".

1. I have replicated datasource 2LIS_11_VAITM and tried to extract.

2. Followed all LO extraction steps starting from LBWE transaction until RSA6

3. Used program RS_TRANSTRU_ACTIVATE_ALL

4. Activated transfer rule and update rules also

By following all the above steps , I am getting this strange error. Kindly suggest

Did you try to open the extractor on RSA2 and seek for the Structure (Something like BIW_*)

the double click on in and activate the structure)

Try to execute now your infopackage, saving all changes (activating any changes)

For me it works.

Please find more information in BD87 transaction msg 51

DataSource 2LIS_11_VAITM does not have the same status as the source

system in the Business Information Warehouse.

The time stamp in the source system is 12.12.2005 17:15:05.

The time stamp in the BW system is 08.08.2002 20:29:52.

Kindly suggest how to proceed with such situation

Replicate the DS in BW, and start a new load (reinitialize if necessary).

I have checked forum and that is the reason i have mentioned all the steps which i carried out in the first thread.

Could you please let me know how to synchronize the system timings. Is it having any impact on data loading??

hi,

The timing is different in systems as the DS was changed in ECC side and the timing in the message shows the last activation time stamp in system, in BW it was not replicated after change and hence the mismatch in timings. Please replicate.

Also search the forum using keywords as "2lis_11_vaitm data load" or "2lis_11_vaitm delta load" these steps have been discussed many times when timestamp issue occurs in a DS.
