Hi Friends

I Have the issue, when doing 261 Movement.

RM00B: Available stock shortfall of 20.000 ST in interim storage bin

Message no. L9 040

Diagnosis

In Customizing, the setting is such that no negative stock is allowed in storage type 914. However, this posting will cause

negative stock to exist in storage bin 1112001651 of storage type 914.

you first need to move the stock from your WM bins to 914 storage type, using LT01 with movement 999.

then you can perform your 201 movement in MM.

Usually a interim storage bin should not be restricted for negative stocks.

Better you turn customizing to get SAP standard process.

first MM posting, this creates a negative stock in 914 and a TR, you then convert the TR to a TO and move the stock from the bins to 914 which then becomes 0.

1. where i made mistake in customising

2. what is the purpose to do 201 Movementype

3. Stock is available in storage type, so i want to do goods issue for production order using 261 movment type.
