Dears,

No entry in table $ for key $ at $ T549Q 03 01.09.2011

Technical error no. 72

In table T549Q I created payroll periods from 2000 to the end of 2011 on payroll area 01 (Monthly), The error message still shows on PT60.

What should I do?

Hi Mohammed,

Check table V_T549A

For the payroll area with problem note period parameter

And in table V_T549Q select the period parameter for the related payroll area.

And you should check the entries in the table.

For example table should have these entries:

2010 01 01.01.2010 31.01.2010 2009 12

2010 02 01.02.2010 28.02.2010 2010 01

2010 03 01.03.2010 31.03.2010 2010 02

2010 04 01.04.2010 30.04.2010 2010 03

2010 05 01.05.2010 31.05.2010 2010 04

2010 06 01.06.2010 30.06.2010 2010 05

2010 07 01.07.2010 31.07.2010 2010 06

2010 08 01.08.2010 31.08.2010 2010 07

2010 09 01.09.2010 30.09.2010 2010 08

The period parameter is 01.

In table V_T549Q I checked the entries and it like your example.

2011 02 01.02.2011 28.02.2011 2011 01

I have realised something.

The error is:

No entry in table $ for key $ at $ T549Q 03 01.09.2011

But you say that period parameter is 01.

So in the error it should have been No entry in table $ for key $ at $ T549Q 01 01.09.2011

So I think there can be problem about the payroll area of the employee or you may also check entries the table for period parameter 03

i think you have generated for your Payroll Area , Period Parameter how abt the Period Parameter 01 Can you please check
