Hi all,

when trying to access to url http://FQDN:50000/irj/portal it appears blank. Cheking the error logs I can see the following:

Could not retrieve requestDispatcher with the URL null

Category: /System/Server

Location: com.sap.portal.navigation.Gateway

Application: sap.com/irj

Data Source: j2ee\cluster\server0\log\system\server_00.log

User: J2EE_GUEST

Runtime Component: sap.com/irj

Any clue where the problem is comming from?

Hi, Mario.

If you are using Internet Explorer, try Google Chrome or any other browser instead. I have literally just had that issue reported by our customer and they were using IE. When I tried in our customer's WTS and used Chrome, it worked just fine.

Hi,

I have checked my installer and found these components (SCA file) are already under folder ../DATA_UNITS/JAVA_J2EE_OSINDEP_UT.

Is there any way to deploy these components?

I have also find an EP install zip under catalog 'SAP NW ENTEP. WORKSPACES, ' But there is no installation guide, could you tell me how to install?

I am new to this part, thanks for helping.

Ciro

Has this issue been solved?

I'm experiencing the same issue but neither my JSPM tool or SUM tool will start either. So I'm not sure how to install. After I installed 7.31 and logged in as DDIC into the ABAP instance, I ran the SICK transaction and was told I had to upgrade my Kernel to 7.31_EXT. Could this not be preventing JSPM and SUM from working correctly? I know they are java apps, but there seems to be alot of sensitivity with the Kernel versions.

Please let me know what you guys did?

Yes, the three components have not been installed. I can see sap.com/EP-BASIS sap.com/EP-BASIS-API starts with EP.

Is there any solution could have it be solved?

These are the portal components so obviously they haven't been installed. Please download them from Service Marketplace and install them.

Hope this helps

Hi Vijaya,

You can use Note 1752501 to check what components you have deployed on your system/exist in the db

Nick

Hi,

please check whether the main portal components are installed: EPADMIN, EPRUNTIME, EPCONNECTIVITY

Maybe there is a problem in the installation process...

Hi,

Are you accessing the portal page for the first time?

Please make sure all initial configuration steps are completed from NWA.

Hi Anja,
