WM - Production order status --ERTR Error creating transfer reqmnt

Hi

i have the error in the production order status like ERTR Error creating transfer reqmnt..where i missed the configuration

i have searched the solution for this error but i cant get clearly ..... Pls suggest me what are the steps after this stage in the

WM-Production

Hi,

In the order header (CO02/CO03) use the menu Goto->Logs->WM Material Staging to look for if there any messages when creation of TR..

hi

i have the error in the production order function-wm material staging-simulatelog-- error called

"No production supply area found for work center"

where i have assign the work centre and production supply area

where i missed the configuration......

I suggest you checking system by two ways:

1) Set PSA to work center, now it works? If so please check BOM settings carefully.In the BOM and material master PSA is maintained ?

2) Don't use dynamic production bin, just try a physical bin. If it works please check control cycle settings.

Note: You create the dynamic storage bin "production order" in the control cycle for pick parts. The system then stages all the materials for a specific production order in a dynamic storage bin with this production order number.

When you system emit errors again please use LS24 to check if having a dynamic bin with a production order number.

HI Kuber,

i have a doubt in SAP WM PP -PROCESS.

1) I Created the production order

2) i issued the stock to against production order

3) create the transfer order using the TR number

4) production order --change mode ---function -wm material staging -proceed

5) create the Transfer order using the TR

6) After production, i do Goods Receipt using the MB31

pls suggest me , is it right steps....

If wrong means , pls tell me process steps...

is it require to do 261 mov type(goods issue against production order. pls suggest to me

Check if your material staging settings are perfect & in particular the "control cycle" maintenance in LPK1.

i maintained Following data in the control cycle,

Destination storage bin--

WM NUMBER,

STORAGE TYPE,

STORAGE BIN,

STAGING INDICATOR-4

is it right ? where is generate the TR Number
