Hi Daniel,
Following are my recommendations.
1. Check the SSO
2. Check the FPN.
3. Access BEX Web application from your BI JAVA portal. If you get the same error message, run the SDT tool. If possible, please provide the Default trace.
If you have any query, please let me know.

Hi Daniel,
We can check the FPN using remote role assignment.
1. Open you EP (Consumer)
2. Go to User Administration
3. In Search Criteria, select Role in the first field, in second field select "system alias of your producer" and put * in last filed
4. Click Go
You should get all the roles of your producer on your consumer. This functionality is used for Remote Role assignment.
This is simplest way to check whether FPN is working fine or not.

Hi,
Please check your that BI System and the portal system should run in same Support package level.
Also check the default trace log file in NWA

Hi Daniel
Are you using FPN for BEX Web Application.
In most of the case the SSO between the producer and consumer portals stop working and because of this BEX stop working.
Please let me know few details about your landscape. I will definitely provide you the solution as we have already faced this error.

Hello Daniel,
Please, open the server defaulttrace and search for "C00099589C2F31A00000000200001A75", it should exist and contain more information about the exception.

Blanca
