e-mail address on output condition

Hello everyone,

We have a requirement to enter an e-mail address on a output condition. Has anyone else had this requirement, and how did you resolve the issue.

Hi Matthew,

In standard what ever mail id is maintained in customer or vendor master it will go to that id.As i know there is no another provision.

Hello,

We also had the requirement of sending the output through e-mail. But what we decided was to maintain the e-mail Id in customer master and pick the same while sending the email through output.

Are you expecting to have a pop-up while issuing the print output, where you can enter the e-mail ID?

Thank you everyone for your replys. We were able to resolve this issue by adding a invoice e-mail text to our customer master, that will pull into the invoice output condition.

Thank you for the information about the OSS note, but I already reviewed that one.

We want to have the ability to add an e-mail address to the communication screen on the output condition. Right now when we select the output medium of 5 (e-mail) and click on the communication button that screen looks likes the same as the communication screen for a printed output.

We are wondering if anyone has added a field to contain an e-mail address.
