Following are the integration points with CO-
1. In the organisation tab of equipment/Functional location cost center field is the cost center which gets copied to the cost center field of location tab of order when you create maint order & then becomes the settlement cost center. You have option to maintain the settlement cost center manually also. In the organisation tab of FL/equipment you have a asset field which links the technical object with FI assets. As far as SPRO config is concerned, settlement profile & allocation structure configs are done by CO consultant only. PM consultant has to only use it during order type configurationas follows
SPRO->Plant maint>maint & service processing>maint. & service order> function & setting for order types>config order types here assign the settlement profile.
Then under functions & settings of order type you have to maintain costing data for maintenance & service order- only assign costing parameter & result analysis key to all the order types in all plants. After you maintain all these you will be able to get these values in the control tab of the order.
2. Further for display of cost in maintenance order under different head i.e. material, internal labour, external service, external material etc.. following is the setting
Plant maint>maint & service processing> basic setting-> setting for display of cost>1. maintain val category 2. Assign cost element to valuation category, 3. check cosistency of the value category assignment etc.
3. For flow of maintenance activity cost data - you assign cost center in the costing tab of the work center & activity type. This cost center also flows to the responsible cost center field of additional data tab of the order.
