Error at Configure Oracle Server Network in DB instance

Hi,
We are in the process of installing Prodcution server ERP6.0 with EHP5, Oracle 11.2.0.2 on Microsoft Windows 2008 R2 cluster. The Window Clusterwas set up by OS team. We have installed successfully Oracle 11.2.0.2 software and Oracle Fail Safe 3.4.2 on both notdes.We have installed First Node configuration successfully.
Now we started the DB instance on First Node and we are facing issue in the pahse "Configure Oracle Server Network". It saying cannot start Oracle Listner. When manually tried to start the listner it is not starting.

Hi All,
Thanks for the help.
Actually i followed the Installation guide in which first they have mentioned to start the Database installation, but when i raised OSS SAP said first we need to create Oracle failsafe group in Oracle Failsafe manager and then continue with the installation. That solved by issue. It might be a installation guide mistake.

We are using DNS and find below the output of nslookup. And we tried with host entries in Drivers\etc\hosts then also having same issue.
and below that find listener status & tnsping also.

Above error implies that there is some issue in hostname resolution and listener not running.
Could you please recheck your hostfile entry whether loopback adapter

Hi Sreekanth,
Please check C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts file has the IP address and hostname defined.
Or else if you use DNS, is nslookup gives the proper output.
Let us know the output of lsnrctl status <LISTENER_NAME>.
Also, kindly recheck your listener.ora and tnsnames.ora files for typo mistakes.

Hi,
Can you share your listener.ora details please. It seems some issue in the file.
Additionally please check whether windows firewall is off and port 1527 is not blocked.
