Error Visual Administrator

Hi Experts!!

I am trying to open Visual Administrator and when I do the logon appear this error:

Cannot authenticate the user.

The password is correct because I connect to SDM with this password, and config tool is enabled.

any Idea??

Please check the port for login with visual admin.

I checked the port and it is correct and I used sap* account and it appear the same issue.

Hi,

Check on configtool -> instance -> dispatcher -> Clustermanager settings ->

Check if the "element.*" settings for dispatcher is correctly maintained.

Also try to reset the j2ee_admin user's password using the SU01 and then also update secure store with the same password in the configtool.

Hi Fabio!!!

I checked the ClusterManager settings and there is well.

I am changed the admin password in config tool but when I restart the instance appear the same error.

If it helps coming from a Import of an Export of the other machine.

any idea??

Hi,

Create a new connection and give your user name for va. You must have administrative privileges for VA.
