Hello,
We tried transporting a process chain from Dev to Q and the transport has been failing for the 20th time.
Please note that this is a APO related process in SCM environment and it has few programs variants and background job variants. All the variants within the process steps have been already sent to Q in the previous transport and now we are trying to send the process, for some reason we get the below error saying : Version M of chain was saved without checking....
Errors during post processing.....
Please help

Hi Tej,
In Q system, open the chain in edit mode. You will be able to see the changes in edit mode ( Modified Version).
Activate the chain in Q and your changes will be visible in active version.
You can also ask Basis to move process chains in Overwrite Original mode, but I am not sure if it resolves the issue.
Thanks,
Vinod

Hi,
As per your explanation it can be understood that you had made some changes to your process chain.
Also you explain you have several ABAP programs in it, but did not mention what change you have made to the process chain and why do you want to transport it again when it is available in quality.
Please mentionthe changes you have performed to the PC so that there can be some suggestions.
Thanks & Regards,
Vishnu

Tej,
Try collecting the process chain and its relevant objects using transport connection, so that you can easily collect all dependent objects.
Thanks
Vinod
