Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage for sap enterprise portal 6

Dear all,

We recently upgraded BI system from 3.x to BI 7.0

we did not change Enterprise portal it is still EP 6 ,but when we try to run report it is showing " Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage"

please help it out

Did you run the system connection check ?

Also the BI reports . have they been converted to 7.0 or are they still in 3.x ?

I have some queries

1) which connection are you talking about

2) we upgraded the SAP BI 3.x into BI 7 ,now isnt it automatically converted in to BI 7

I was refering to portal system connection test. And to your second question, i believe the reports need to converted to 7.0 version. If the reports are in 7.0 version, then you need to use BEx template also accordingly.

BEx template for 7.0 needs to be used in that case.

Can you please tell me how can i check the connection

I open the 3.x auery in BEX 7.0 and save the query (By just clicking save)

it is also showing me the warning .

"Info: Cannot process Query with 3.x Query Designer"

please help me out
