portal Runtime error in SAP BI 7.3

Dear All,

When i try to publish a report on BEX BRADCASTER through BEx Designer it through me the error

Portal Runtime Error

An exception occurred while processing a request for :

iView : N/A

Component Name : N/A

iView not found: pcd:portal_content/com.sap.pct/platform_add_ons/com.sap.ip.bi/iViews/com.sap.ip.bi.bex3x.

Exception id: 11:46_09/01/12_0016_3448350

Hi Abhi,

First you have to check the application in BI7.3 system , If it is available and also check it is activated or not.

If it is not avctivated plz activate and test it .

Can you please tell me where to check log files ,

We recently upgraded system from BW 3.5 to BI 7.3 ,from that this error is coming,
