Business Objects XI v2 ,
Error Message:server error. CrystalEnterprise.Smtp: SMTP_E_TCPSOCKET_OPEN(2)
How can I solve this problem ? I checked firewall ,smtp porrt number.

I've checked the hostname, Even as I entered the name of a server on the IP number but I receive same error please help.İf you accept you can make a remote control my system.
Is your SMTP server and BO server is on the same domain. If not then use BO server domain name in the settings.
I tried but it did not.What else can I do ?
Follow the doc to check whether SMTP is working on the server.

Also check whether you have entered the Domain name & Host name correctly.
