Hi BPC Folks,

We are running on BPC 7.5 NW SP7 .We just installed and executed SP10.

While trying to login we are encoutered error

*"object variable or with block variable not set"

and after that displaying a pop up message

Runtime Error-406

"NonModal forms cannot be displayed in this host application from an Active X Dll,ActiveX Control or Property Page"

Could someone guide on this?

Hi Sudhakar,

For object variable or with block variable not set:

You have to enable BPC Add-in by

- Go to Excel Options->Add-ins, in the Manage drop-down list, select Disabled Items, and click Go.

- Select Planning & Consolidation, click Enable.

- Save and Exit Excel.

I think the problem now is second part of my post ie relating to non modal forms.

Hi

As we could notice that you are using SP10 for BPC client and CPMBPC add-ons, and BPC .net SP version is 07, we recommend you to kindly upgrade your BPC .net version from SP07 to SP10.

Please refer to SAP Note 1623493 stating that all tiers are of the same level (cpmbpc, bpc .net server, bpc client).
