IIS 6.0 Admin Service not working on Windows 2003

Hi guys.

While Installing BPC 7.5, on the prerequisites, it stated you should install IIS on both ABAP and .NET Server.

Since the .NET Server is Windows 2008, i had no issues installing IIS 7.0

But the ABAP Server is Windows 2003.

I Installed IIS 6.0 from the Windows 2003 CDS, the application installtion completed successfully.

Now when I try to start the IIS Admin service it says, just right away after starting the service.

Error 1053: The server did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion

Any help on how to troubleshoot this?

Guide says install IIS 6.0 from Add/Remove Programs which is not right.

The only way to istall properly IIS 6.0 on Win 2003 is thru Administrative Tasks --> Manage Server --> Add Server Role, just like Win 2008
